FALL 2009 DART LEAGUES

Rockland County dart leagues are as follows:

 * Fall/Winter seasons - Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights.

 * Spring/Summer seasons - Tuesday and Thursday nights.

The Thursday format will continue, and possibly expand to include other towns/bars if the interest is there, and provided we get enough teams.

*  Dues for Monday and Tuesday nights are $350.00, $300 for Thursday.

*  B3's will no longer count for All-Star Points!  Too much confusion.

*  Top 6 in each division ( 8 teams or more) will make the playoffs.  First two weeks of playoffs will be 13 point emilination matches, finals will be a two week 25 point match.

*  For a player to be playoff eligible, they will need to play in 1/2 the league games (28).  No exceptions this season!  Only playoff eligible players qualify for awards.

*  Players can be replaced on a roster, up until week 4, with the leagues approval, or a captain's vote from the other teams with in your division.

*  The tiebreaker format will remain as 6 player 1001, fly in, double out for Mondays and Tuesdays, and 4 player 801, fly in, double out for Thursdays.

*  League format:  Singles 501, fly in, double out, Doubles Cricket, Doubles 501, double in, double out, Singles Cricket.

*  If your venue would like to host an awards night, please submit the contact information along with the Bar's proposal as to what they will include.  We will be moving the awards night's around if possible.

More info to follow.  Prepare your rosters and submit them to me with your entry fee as early as possible so I can sort out the divisions and league nights.  Cutoff for teams to enter is Saturday  September 12 at 6 PM.
